Preparation of balance sheets and accounting statements of the Company

Preparation of balance sheets of real estate portfolios (revenues and expenses)

Preparation of all daily, monthly and annual financial reports submitted to the clients

Preparation of appraisal budgets and financial analyses and follow up their execution

Follow up of daily collections and revenues as well as the expenses of operations with the Company clients and suppliers under their contracts and obligations

Follow up of all insurance procedures (insurance on client's properties, insurance on workmen, insurance on the Company’s properties & assets including its own properties

Financial control and audit of all Company’s activities
